You contrary to popular belief most us of rarely talk about religion or beliefs unless others bring it up. I myself will only discuss it with close friends usually. However of your solution is too simply shut up and not talk about religion then why are you on a discussion form devoted to religion?

Talking about religion is not the same as talking about beliefs....I come to sites like these because I find that American atheists need to be reminded about the value of academic research.

This coming from a guy who believes the Bible triumphs all science, philosophy, and "academic research" (that's what "true Christians" prescribe, is it not?) is pretty rich.
