Yeah, among other things, its a really specialized field that isn't particularly transferable. It makes it really hard to know if you're having an honest conversation with them.
An interesting anecdote: I was a member of a Christian Facebook group for a while started by one of my friends. Three members in particular were quite childish. Two were Baptists pastors and the third was the son of one of the other two.
