Jails are full of Christians because non-believers turn to faith because they need something to get them through the misery of prison.
The pope is elected by a select group of cardinals and the divine right of kings to govern is usually earned through conquest and the connivence of the religious hierarchy. So again they fit the classic definition of dictators.
Anything else?
The definition of dictator (maybe expanded depending on your dictionary you use...mine places an emphasis on a lack of hereditary secession being a trait of a dictatorship) actually omits those.
