Wait, I should have had the option..."THERE ARE NO GHOSTS". However, some people have experienced them. But I started to think...there are many people murdered in several cities but yet these cities are NOT ..."Ghost" infested !!! So, I started to think probably they are simply false operations or a separate entity altogether. By the way, if they were only "bad" people(who died and stayed on earth to haunt people) then this Earth would also be "ghostly" infested.

Therefore, it is possible that these are separate entities pretending to be "ghosts"(of past people) or malevolent ETs using some sort of technology to scare off people from certain areas or using a technology to test on human beings.

So, there have to be "ghosts" because some people see them and some do not! Again, if there were "dead" people as "ghosts" this planet would be TOTALLY haunted.
