You're failing to see the point.. the fact that you realize that it's make believe, something that helps you compose and not reality...that means it's not a delusion in the sense of belief.
Let's pretend that I did have the delusion that fantasy is real and used that in composing music to make myself a successful composer. What would your opinions and such be about that now?
