That's why I said "usually" self inflicted. I often feel sorry for my nephew, because he doesn't really get to control what he is fed but he's a pretty large kid. So much so he gets the piss taken out of him in school. Parents should be educated far better, and I know people say it isn't child abuse, but I think it's perhaps, at best, negligence on behalf of the parent.
