Whilst never a Hindu I am Anglo-Indian and do have a deep interest in the subcontinent.
I've run into Hare Krishnas once or twice but didn't have the opportunity to talk at length with them.
Round here you'll get a lot of talk back and forth between Atheists and 'Christians' usually of the Baptist denomination.
