Nobody is having a go at you for disagreeing, its for the reasoning (or lack of in your case) that you are getting schtick.

So, because I lack reasoning, in your opinion, I am fair game for being treated with contempt? Then by the same token, because others lack faith, then I can treat them like likewise - yes?

Well..I would say that without reasoning, an idea doesn't really deserve any serious consideration or appraisal as it would be lacking the one thing that makes ideas powerful in the first place. Namely, reasoned justification. It's a treatment that's directed towards an idea, not your person.
