I just meant that you're more likely to meet nice intelligent people unlike me.
And you have public transport network.
Infrastructure. Trash isn't everywhere. The road isn't a dirt and full of stones. And light at night from the government.
And fun.

My neighborhood isn't affluent. My STREET is affluent. Just up the street are double houses that people rent and apartments are just up the street from me. They're filled with the human feces I like to call poor people.
