To be honest, if they had any other source of food to them besides fresh human blood.. Vamps would be the new gay. Everyone would be a closet vamp, and next thing we know you douch bags will be pushing to let the undead get married and adopt Chinese babies. Chastising Christians for speak out against the 'Vamp agenda.'
So my vote is the church gets raptured and the rest of you turns into vampires inside a year, and soceity re shapes itself around that new reality as per 'I am ledgend' the book not the stupid will smith movie.
Oh, to finish.. You guys are become vampires till God cleanes the earth with fire.. So to answer your question how long before all vampires are wiped out...
if God created everything is six days, it should'nt take longer to burn it all down.. So I say all vamper's will be gone inside a week.
