Lets assume that yes holy water and crosses work whether you believe in them or not. Lets go further and assume that non-Christian religious stuff doesn't work. And no it doesn't matter if the vampire believes in god or not either.
In that case I don't think it would change my beliefs. If you don't need to believe for the cross to work then
A) it's just a coincidence that it works for some other reason and there's still no god
or
B) it's a god who likes everyone even those who don't believe. So I feel safe sticking with not believing until I get better evidence than crosses killing vampires. Who even says it's morally right to kill them?
