Bhut Jolokia (Ghost pepper)

I've never touched one but, there's a burger joint in San Antonio that serves ghost pepper burgers. Several of the young engineers I know at SwRI went in there one day for lunch, and 8 of them shared one burger. Three of them didn't make it back from lunch and a fourth was sent home later with a bottle of Rolaids after his department director saw in in the hall. According to the boss man he was gray. Shawn, the kid that got sent home, learned his lesson. He'll never touch them again.

I'd be careful because you can literally make people sick with those things.
