Do you mean among atheists, or logically? Atheism is just lack of the God-belief. Logically, an atheist can still believe in non-naturalist stuff, just not god (as that would make them not an atheist). If you're talking practically, most atheists are naturalists because the methods by which we arrived at atheism generally end up with the conclusion of naturalism as well, not because there is some logical impetus between them, but because they both arise from an examination of the world.
