The girl is for sure being a little brat. That kind of behavior is just childish (I know she's a child) and does nothing to make dissuade the street preacher or anyone from listening.
I do think it's funny. There is nothing about this that says this girl is doing this because she's an atheist. She just could be mad because he's ruining her pre-Halloween festivities. If her parents did, in fact, put her up to this, shame on them.
