Both sides are rude. The street preacher is being a dick simply because he's an obnoxious street preacher, and the little girl is a brat. I found the video immensely annoying.

People in the US can just take their amplifiers on the street and pollute the airwaves with loud lunatic ramblings?

Sometimes, I'm sooo glad I live in Portugal! A place where you need an actual permit to do something like that... and never at night!... ok, almost never, there are concerts and stuff like that happen a bit too close to people's homes and they require a special permit.

As for the staging possibility.... I don't know. The camera is too steady, the preacher too young, the girl too at ease... but she's american and all americans I see are way too much up their asses....
The background... he's standing in front of some "Salem's Vintage Photography" advertisement cart, which, I guess, has nothing to do with his ramblings.... but it does create a nice background for the scene... advertisement.
As always, follow the money.
Could this be an attempt to create a viral video which is an advertisement of that photography event? Seem way too convoluted for that purpose!
