I do not hold a belief in God, as it is an unsubstantiated claim, hence --> atheism.

However, I do not claim to know there isn't a god, hence --> agnosticism.

Newsflash, many, many theists are agnostic as well.

Do you believe that there is no God or just that God hasn't been substantiated?

I do not believe in god because theistic claims haven't been substantiated.
