Anyone use it?
I've tried it. Smoking a high THC sativa exacerbates my anxiety. Smoking indica improves depression but increases dissociation. Eating it has good effects but increases sleepiness and lowers motivation. CBD oil...I don't think it has done anything for my health, but I've read that CBD is supposed to assist in the reducing of anxiety.
But so far it works like alcohol. Once in a long while in very small doses helps relieve stress before crisis situations...but high doses in multiple weekly frequencies worsens symptomatic episodes. Seems like a false promise for those in the mental health world after my experience and reading a couple articles.
