Again, predetermined by what? If it is predetermined by God's choice then God has made a choice. Choice necessitates free will.
Every choice you make is made before the action. If you choose to turn on a light switch, you make the choice to turn on the light switch before you actually turn on the light switch. How does having foreknowledge of the action that you are going to take eliminate your free will? It does not. You still make the choice. I do not see why God should be an exception. That God, if he makes his choice ahead of an action somehow that causes him not to have any free will.
