You are right to be sceptical, but a "deny everything" approach won't get you anywhere. Follow the evidence. Evolution has so much evidence you could probably spend the rest of your life reading it. It's just not right under your nose, like how obvious Gravity is. But they are both considered as strong in truth.

Do you expect me to perform evolution for you in a forum post? How exactly can I do that? You are asking the impossible. You have to put work in to seek truth. Don't do it because I say so, do it because you want to learn.
