Some months ago I sent the boys at Cognitive Dissonance a link to a photographer's page for purity balls/ceremonies in which the daughters posed with their fathers. I don't know how the photographer(s) managed to take those photos, because many of them were so fucking creepy pedo incestuous-looking that I felt dirty just looking at them in the journalistic capacity in which they were presented. I don't know who posed the people, or how the photographers accepted money to do the job. I wish I still had the link.
