You seem to have built a no-lose situation.

- Multiple universes, this is the only one that has life (although we don't know that either are true) therefore creator.
- Single universe therefore it's special and must have a creator.

I would say you are just applying the Anthropic Principle. Just because something could not happen any other way, does not mean it was designed to be as such.
