But men certainly do get death threads and this is not uncommon. As seen from the evidence posted, which recorded tweets, there were people who not only called for the genocide of Gamers but brutal slaughter.
My friend was doxxed and forced to stop voicing his support for Gamer-Gate because he received messages which threatened his wife and kids.
