You don't need a multiverse to do this dance forever. A regular universe works just fine. From a physics standpoint there is nothing special about what you call "present". "Past" and "future" are just as valid and real as the "present". Somewhere in this universe is you sucking on your mom's teat. This video does a good job of explaining what I am talking about.
