I was thinking about this myself.
I question my own understanding of Relativity here because it seems to imply multiple (but not infinite) universes by itself. I think you would have as many universes as you have Plank time units since the Big Bang. Only one 'you' but forever existing. Still just one life. There is that moment you were born through the moment when you die. All of those moments in between exist for the life of the universe though.
I know there are people here who have a better understanding of this than me (Alex K). Maybe they can chime in on this.
