Of B theory of time is correct, we are all living forever in our own frame, provided you make the assumption that past and future you is still you and not some other separate and distinct consciousness.

What? That sounds absurd, how does this follow?

You took an action. You wrote that post above. There is always a frame of reference where that action is in the present and you are consciously committing it. If B theory of time is correct, there is always a now in which you exist and you are conscious of your own existence.....therefore you never cease to be....your consciousness is eternal.
