Jeesh, I envy the thread starter.
My dad's dead, so he doesn't do anything annoying anymore, but I can certainly relate to what you are saying. Wishing me a good day, even in a religious way, is not at the top of the list of annoyances in life.
But, to the OP, if it bothers you that your father wishes you a nice day, ask him, nicely, to stop. He either will or he won't; whatever he does, is up to him, not you, and so you must learn to accept that some things in life are not going to be as you would like them to be.
If his texts really cause you great distress, you can change your number and not tell him what it is. I would not advise actually doing that, but it is an option, if this is really a serious problem for you.
