Of course there is much said about time, but when its all put together it really means nothing, as I said if we were not hear, it wouldn't exist, no mind no time.
Maybe from a philosophical view but I don't see how space-time would not be a physical constant just because we were not here to quantify it?

Light would still take a finite time to travel from one point to another.
