I like that saying. We would be in a much better place as a species if more people understood the incredible processes that are taking place to provide life instead of just seeing the big bright disc in the sky that gives us heat and light.
To realise that the very same cycle of star life and death is taking place in 500 billion places in our galaxy and then in the billions of billions of stars in other galaxies is mind blowing. Not to mention the unimagineable number of stars that have already lived and died.
A greater reason for humility than a million religions.
