You know, I wonder if it's ever occurred to them that misunderstanding and misrepresenting atheism makes them ineffective at combating it.
But, who cares? I'm all for religious zealots being ineffective.
But they'll never recognize it. The Catholic church is having an existential crisis, but it can't seem to come to terms with its own role in the process.
