Yes indeed, the dairy industry is one of the cruelest practices and the most secretive of this cruelty which is why I have nothing to do with it. Most people have absolutely no idea what goes on. It was when I found out these facts that I stopped drinking it.

Cow milk is for baby calves, not to be stolen to give to adult humans. In everything I've read about there are certainly problems, particularly to do with the digestive system. It's something people are often told to cut out when they have problems in that area.

We certainly don't need it, we can get everything we need elsewhere. I've not drunk any for over 10 years now.
