I am not absolutely certain the sun will rise tomorrow, however I can be reasonably certain, that is all. There is no such thing as "absolute certainty." If humans had to base their daily lives on knowing things with absolute certainty, we wouldn't be able to take one step out of bed, paralyzed by doubts every minute of the day. Human beings can and do manage without such metaphysical obsessions.
All that is needed is reasonable certainty, not absolute certainty, in order to reach the conclusion that there are no gods. That is sufficient.
