Boko Haram and IS

That's part of why I have chills. They're just killing off their own people!

I just read a comment on one of the articles saying that IS probably won't take Boko Haram because they're black. Does anyone know if this is possible? As abhorrent as IS is, I didn't figure them as racist, as long as people are of the same mind as they are.
