How have you proven I know nothing about feminism? Are you going to pull the "feminism just means equal rights" card? when Egalitarian fits that bill even better?

You want me to disprove something? Isn't that what theists ask atheists about god? Simply because you asserted with confidence that it's a sexist movement.
Why have Chemistry when you can have merely science? Why have LGBT when you can have egalitarianism? Why have cancer research facilities when you can have medical facilities? Why identify yourself as a man when you can identify as queer? Why specialize in cooking pasta when you can simply cook food? Why smoke Camel instead of just smoking cigarettes? Why not simply have a federal government instead of local ones? I suspect that if your intelligence is minimally decent you'll reach the answer. I hope this wasn't too much for your brain to grasp.

Is Egalitarianism not a better label for gender equality, yes or no, it's a simple question.

3rd Wave feminism isn't even about gender equality, so don't even pretend it is, you're vastly ignorant of the feminism that goes on in these types of forums like tumblr, twitter or freethoughtblogs etc. It's a dogma infested cesspool.
