Why the hell shouldn't if focus on females? Are you seriously that obsessed that you believe feminism should care about an isolated male like you? Curiously modern feminism does something previous waves didn't do - It focuses on the rights of not just white women but other races and transgender people.
What middle east? Is it Israel? Is it just Saudi? The middle east is really large to make definitive statements. Israel sends women to serve in the army so I don't think they believe women are inferior. You have to be precise, you can't just spout bullshit as if the middle east was a country.
What about videogames? Do you honestly believe all feminists are equally concerned about games? Do you also think that bigger problems undermine minor ones? Also, why is it relevant and should anybody care about your "I think it should be like this because I'm right" opinion?
Since we already covered repeatedly your weak argumentative rhetoric based on "AFRICA IS WORSE" and "I don't think this is a problem because my opinion as a male who never lived as a woman matters more" can you honestly tell me why should anyone care about your little pieces of information?
