Pro-Israel fanatics are very annoying because they always think Israel is this westernised superior nation that deserves to beat the shit out of Palestine - Because they are a democracy, they have less excuses for all the violence.
No, pro-Israel fanatics would think it is an insult to the Jewish state to say it is westernized. Rather they think Israel is a Jewish, and therefore superior for that reason, state that deserve to have the west at its beck and call for as long as Israel needs the west to aggrandize itself in the middleeast.
