We actually have BBC available in Brazil, but only through Pay TV. Sherlock is relatively well known here, whereas Dr. Who is often mentioned when people talk about medical shows. But the singularly most popular British TV show here must be Downton Abbey. It airs on a popular channel (also on Pay TV) and it is often mentioned on Brazilian websites.
