Isn't the Air Force one of the more religious branches?
This is where the Dominionist infiltration of the U.S. Military comes in. Yes, based on some of the reports I have read, especially through Mikey Weinstein's Military Religious Freedom Foundation, which is basically a law firm protecting the religious rights of all soldiers, airmen, sailors, etc. from abusive religious intimidation, it has been quite a problem within the Air Force and Army. It does not matter who you are, Catholic, Protestant, Muslim, Jewish, Pagan, etc., there have been many incidences of Officers pushing Dominionist theology on junior service members. I am very concerned about the Dominionists infesting our military. I don't like it one bit. Establishing a theocratic fascist Christian state here through a military coup, I would not put that past them.

When my dad was in the U.S. Army during WWII, he was in a unit that described his rank as T-4. It was an engineering unit, building bridges, bunkers, and stuff like that I think.

On this memorial are the following words:
“In memory of ATHEISTS IN FOXHOLES and the countless FREETHINKERS who have served this country with honor and distinction.
“Presented by the national Freedom From Religion Foundation with hope that in the future humankind may learn to avoid all war.”

The memorial is at Lake Hypatia, Alabama. I was there one July 4th weekend. It is a lovely place.
Thank you for the kind words.
