I wasn't married to him, thankfully. However, my family knows he's abusive and causing parental alienation and they continue to support his side anyway. They truly are brainwashed by this man. This is the second appeal. The first appeal took ten months from Feb to Nov. last year. We filed in Dec as soon as we found out, but I told my attorney that I didn't want to go through another appeal because I have evidence that could get the guardianship revoked. Dumbass attorney filed against my wishes and now I'm stuck waiting. The superior court won't withdraw my petition because they say I am "being represented", which is bullshit because I didn't ask for the appeal in the first place. My signature is on nothing. So I'm missing out on having my daughter home where she belongs all because of a corrupt system that never should have placed her with that man to begin with.
