Word. I still have to grind through the module and tank unlocks.
I was kind of dumb with my crews to start out though. I bought new crews for each new tank, not knowing that I could sell a tank, and use it's already trained-and-perked crew, and only needed to partially grind from 80-100%.
I don't think the way I went about it is optimal at all - I think it would be better to reuse crews. I'd have crews with 2-3 100% perk by now if I had done it that way.
