I don't like green pants, so I see a stranger in green pants and I'm going to go over the person and say "Hey stranger, your pants are really horrible, you should burn them".
PC in and of itself isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I do think in today's world it's more detrimental than constructive when people try to apply it. It may not be censorship in and of itself, however, many people do push it on others as such.
Also, telling the truth isn't a bad thing. Being incorrect, rude and disrespectful aren't crimes. Nor should they be. Sometimes offensive and politically incorrect things need to be said, sometimes that brings about conversations and leads to greater things. However, if everyone was politically correct, all the time, there'd never be criticism. There'd never be any real debate or discussion. People in today's world are getting fed up with being vilified because they might say something that's not PC. Indeed many people feel like they aren't allowed to simply speak their mind. That's fucking retarded if you ask me and it's pretty undeniable that this PC world we live in has gotten more than a little silly.
Political correctness is overrated.
