What you're talking about is transgender rights. The choice to do whatever one pleases with one's body and the choice to make that body match one's gender identity to ease the discomfort of gender dysphoria. I can assure you that these surgeries are not performed on demand and that doctors and specialists make sure it is the right course of action. It's often a great advantage to the child, it can even prevent them from committing suicide later on in their life.

If a Child is adult enough to decide his sexual orientation, as well as his 'gender identity' then things like 'under age sexual contact' become archaic. How long before some perverse Doctor says having sex with some children will 'ease the comfort of their sexual frustration and 'dysphoria', and could help prevent a suicide later on in life?
