RE: Your perception of theists

I voted yes, but I only think less of their opinion or beliefs regarding things that fall under "supernatural"; gods, ghosts, miracles, etc. If he/she is a theist and a mechanic, I'll go to them for car trouble, but not for a funny shape on my burnt toast, for example.
Honestly, I do have to consciously work against my natural reaction when learning what nonsense somebody believes. Most of the time, I can place myself in their shoes and remember a time when I was in their place. Sometimes I'll think "heh, you're just a few more books away from an atheist", but mostly it's "hmm, you're a lost cause". In either case, I keep my mouth shut. I didn't get to be an atheist because someone argued with me.

I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:
"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."
