Thankfully we don't have to work with a "tier system" of different levels of sin, we can comfortably describe both of those activities as "weird perverted shit".
I actually don't think a pedo apologist would be out of place here; considering Mormons have to defend Joe Smith's underage wives, Muslims nine year old wife of Muhammad etc etc.
