I'm Dan, I live in Manchester, UK. I've been a humanist for as long as I can remember.
I remember being bored and patronised during school sermons. I got angry at those annoying "Jesus saves" billboards. I've worked in charities since I was 18 and I'm increasingly annoyed by fanatical Christians portraying athesits as immoral and empty.
I'm horrified to have met 2 (very pleasant) young earthers in recent years and that makes me want to be more active as a humanist.
The nicest people I've met are a mix of liberal believers and non believers.
Women call me the tripod sex god, men call me a liar.
