Goddammit. As soon as I saw the title of this thread that exact phrase ran through my head, but I got beaten to the punchline by an unsheltered wacko weeks ago.Smile

It's a bit simplistic of a statement because it ignores the political and business side of medicine, but it hammers the point home.
Even if the open windows of science at first make us shiver after the cozy indoor warmth of traditional humanizing myths, in the end the fresh air brings vigor, and the great spaces have a splendor of their own - Bertrand Russell
