Environmental factors can also be part of it.
I would think it is in the genes and perhaps environmental factors can trigger it? It may be possible that it is actually a disease. From the studies I have perused, it would seem that vaccines have little if any effect. There is not even a significant correlation, let alone statistical evidence.
