The last stretch is a yoga pose. It's called reverse prayer pose. I actually can't do it. I have very tight shoulders. There may be a problem in there because they hurt when I run, so shoulder stretches are out of my league. You nail it.
I can't do this one without a strap, but you might be able to manage it.
By the way, heel to toe was not easy, you did as well as I did.
