I think there was speculation that the Servant Girl Annihilator was black, but that might have just been racism.
A quick google search "black serial killers" indicates that there are plenty of black serial killers.
Yeah, I intentionally said off the top of my head because I know they exist. It's just a proportionally smaller group. I didn't Google it because I was attempting to demonstrate that the more high profile cases tend to be white males as well.
