Those who state "God bless America" think God only blesses America, when in fact wouldn't God bless the world?
Therefore, it is not just that black lives matter. In fact, all lives matter.
That is NOT why supporters of BLM say that, whites also support BLM.
If you don't understand why the term is used, that is your baggage, not theirs not their supporters either.
It is not saying only black lives matter, if you think that that is simply ignorant.
It has to do with the economic inequity and the treatment of law and courts and in that context blacks on average are not being treated equally.
You are desensitized to or ignorant of real problems that do exist.
This is the same ignorance used against LGBT about "Gay pride" events.
It isn't about saying others don't matter, it is about minorities standing up for themselves.
