Thank you OakTree! One of my challenges is that my doctor does not want me taking my HR above 150 since resting, it's pretty high at 90 - 100. So the concern is over doing it. This is one of the reasons why I walk instead of run, but I can't improve that number if I don't start exercising and getting this weight down and just getting healthier.
I'm going back to school at the end of this month so I'm going to try and use that as a motivator to get up off the couch and be more active.
